The staff is really courteous and friendly. Also they are real helpful. Most of the it seems like they know their clients real well. Is a outside storage but is very clean and for 10 dollars extra you get 24 hour access.

The review is for their storage . I had clear water damage to my furniture from the ceiling. Even after local staff acknowleding the fact, the corporate office made sure to not do a dang thing for me (in terms of restoring , replacing the furniture or compensating me in any way...not even store credit !). And their joke "investigation" took over a month . They're getting 2 instead of 1 stars because the truck rental has never given me issues.
The customer service was good. Got the truck I needed at a reasonable rate. Returned with no extra fees. Can't beat that
