This is my go to place for all occasions! The staff is very friendly. Just say how much you are able to spend and what type of arrangement you need and they will take car of you.
I ordered flowers for my sister and someone stole them. I called Beacon Hill and spoke with Al who was extremely empathetic and sent another beautiful bouquet and just made my sister's day. The flowers were beautiful and the fact that he sent another bouquet is a testament to the kind of person he is and the kind of business they run. She lost her mom and the flowers put a smile on her face in such a tragic time. Thank you Al!!!
A mainstay in the community!
Absolutely disgusting and rude. The man was disrespectful and refused to modify a bouquet that he suggested after he advised me that he was going to create it. I told him I wanted to spend $30 instead he turned around and made me a bouquet that I can go to Trader Joe's and spend $9.99 for. He then raised his voice and got aggressive. Completely unprofessional and they should be evaluated by the better business bureau.
